The Recovery Network, which helps people to recover from drug and alcohol addictions has expanded its website. The site now has a social networking and education section focusing on mental health and provides help for people suffering from depression and anxiety attacks.

Thanks John - I have added a new category to our Blog Directories (Non Blog). I have put up the trn and the Online counsellors sites from your last posts (only Kate Anthony as she is UK based). If you know of a list of links to non blog websites based in the UK directly related to mental health I would appreciate them to help me build this new directory. Each directory will ideally hold around 50 links. Keep up the good work.
